Build the next generation of AVS

A global virtual hackathon, jointly organized by AltLayer and EigenLayer, for builders in the EigenLayer ecosystem and beyond to come up with new kinds of AVSs that can either serve other AVSs or end users.

Utilize AltLayer’s Wizard during the hackathon to drastically reduce the deployment and management time of AVSs from months to minutes! Hyper-accelerating the rate of AVS innovation through faster experimentation.

💻 Hackathon format:

  • Form a Team: Assemble a team of up to 5 members.
  • Hack Period: Teams will have until October 31st, 2024, to develop their projects. This hack period will be supported by online workshops and mentorship.
  • Submission Deadline: Teams will submit their project public GitHub links (for both AVS smart contract and node software codebase) and a brief explainer video (max 5 minutes) by October 31st, 2024 (23:59 UTC).
  • Evaluation: A panel of experts will review and evaluate all entries and decide the main prize pool winners by November 5th, 2024. Additionally, each bounty issuer will also determine the winner of their individual tracks.
